Why flush an A/C system?

  • The compressor, which is a moving mechanical organ, is subject to wear and - in time - to failure.
  • For correct repair in the case of compressor failure, before installing a new compressor it is imperative to remove any metal shavings that may have accumulated inside the system and could jeopardize good operation.
  • Many compressor manufacturers do not grant a warranty on their new components unless the A/C system is mechanically flushed before installation.

  • No solvents, only refrigerant for flushing!
  • Thanks to the vacuum bottle, complete and safe removal of metal shavings is guaranteed.
